How to Print Recipes on Squarespace

Ok, So. I am going to give away one of my biggest tricks on Squarespace. YUP.  Don't worry I'm not completely stupid there's a premium version of this information ready for you over at SquareFoodie.

PrintFriendly.com  is the secret

That's the secret. Printfriendly.com is a website that helps create print friendly websites for you and your audience, and you should be using them if you have a DIY Squarespace Website, a Crafting Squarespace Website, or let's add in another Google Keyword to this blog post... Recipe Squarespace Website. Bascially if your readers need to print instructions, YOU NEED THIS.

How to use this on your site.

1. First go to the website button section.

2. Choose HTML

3. Choose your button look.

4. Choose your settings.

5. Copy and Paste the Code into the "Post Blog Injection Site for the Blog".

(note for brine users, you will want to use our premium version since this embeds the recipe after every image on the grid gallery section).

The example above is from www.sidinthekitchen.com - you can see this is a partially custom example of the code - using JUST the text and removing the icon/image.
