Ashley and her team over at Hello Big Idea are at it again. Today we have another site showcase from her team that seriously spells out how you can use the right branding and thoughtful design to bring a great site to life. Using minimal css, she has launched yet another incredible squarespace site for her client!
Kristin Webster Coaching
Site Name: Kristin Webster Coaching
Site URL: kristinwebstercoaching.com
Template Chosen: Fulton
Why did you choose that template?: We love any template with an index that can be designed with multiple pages.
What was the Client's Objective?: Kristin wanted a chic site that incorporated pink but didn't look like a nursery. She needed mature but feminine - creative but professional.
Tell us a bit about the design process?: Kristin is a local client who we got to sit down with regularly. Instead of feedback coming through email or the internet, Kristin was able to provide feedback face-to-face over coffee. This lengthened the process but was very personal which increased our passion behind the project.
How did you help the client differentiate their business through design?: The world is filled with tons of coaches. Kristin wanted to differentiate herself with her credentials and her age.
Is there custom development? What about custom added CSS? Can you tell us why you did or did not use these edits?: There is a little bit of CSS implemented with the horizontal rule and some padding on a few objects.
What are the top three creative features you used in the design?:
- Creative Elements - offset boxes on images, small crosses as a text divider, etc.
- Incredible photography
